Server controls

Start and stop requests update the ECS desired task count. The live status above confirms when the server has actually completed the transition. Maintenance mode prevents new start requests while enabled. Its current state is refreshed with the server status every 5 seconds. Status may report "Online" while container is still starting up.

Public broadcasts

Publish announcements shown on sylvye.online. Disabled and expired broadcasts remain visible here for management.
